Government Replaces Incapacity with Imbecility Benefit

Alan Bladder MP, the Minister for Truth and Other Information, has unveiled the Government's response to criticisms over its Incapacity Benefit policy. The new policy may see the removal of benefit from millions of claimants "just for a laugh", according to Prime Minister Tony Labia.
